How can i return my purchase?
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you feel unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, send an email to email@example.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Name of the item you wish to return
- Reason for return
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items can also be returned in our store within the 14 day return period.
Can i return sale items?
We can only refund regular priced items. Sale items can be exchanged.
How can i exchange a purchase?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit our store on 30 Shacklewell Lane, E8 2EZ and we will be happy to help.
