We offer both next day delivery at £3.99 and 48 hour delivery at £2.99, and our subscription service includes free delivery for your first five orders.
We are based in Dalston, London and deliver to everywhere in the UK - excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands.
You can easily select your preferred order day at checkout, which will then be delivered by our courier service DPD between 7.30 am and 7.30 pm on your selected day.
On the morning of your delivery day, you will receive both an SMS and email from our courier DPD, giving you an estimated 1-hour delivery window (e.g. 13:46 to 14:46), along with your tracking information so you can see how your driver is getting on. You will usually receive this notification by 11am on the day of the delivery.
If this time is not convenient for you, the SMS and email have options to leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, collect from a local shop, or redeliver another day (Saturday and Sunday delivery upgrades are charged additionally).
You have total control over how and when your delivery arrives. If you aren't going to be home when your delivery is scheduled, our courier DPD offer a range of options. You can:
- Specify a safe place
- Leave with a neighbour
- Rearrange the delivery for another day
- Change the delivery address
- Have your order delivered to a local shop (in urban areas there are lots of options)
For a fee yes, you can have delivery arranged for the weekend.
Going away? You can easily manage your subscriptions and pause or skip upcoming orders through your account.
If you would like to add or remove products between orders, you can easily log into your account to manage your subscriptions and select the products you would like to include in your order.
